  • Once you click the ZIP file, it should download to your computer. Find where it has been downloaded and then open the file. The files inside will be extracted and then you’ll be able to use them.

  • Typically this happens when looking at the download in Preview. Download the file to your computer and then open it from your hard drive. Once the file has been unzipped that way, you’ll be able to see all items inside. 

  • If you're having this issue at school, it may be that your district has blocked links that require you to make a copy.

    Simply log out of your school account, log in to your personal account, and try the link again.

  • Directions for using the resource, including a link to open the Google file is inside the PDF file.

    Simply scroll to the page that begins with “Digital Use” and click the link(s) listed there. 

  • All of our PDF files have been protected against copying, which is why you might see a "locked" message when viewing. This only appears when viewing a resource or trying to copy it.

    None of our resources are password protected against printing. So you do not need a password if you're simply trying to print.

  • Most printing errors happen when trying to print from Preview. Usually this is solved if you download the file to your computer, open in Adobe, and then print from there. 

  • Due to the digital nature of resources, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products.

  • Yes! We are happy to accommodate purchase orders of $50 or more.
