What we look for in a team member…
As one might expect from a company named “everything just so”, we are looking for candidates who are:
Detailed. You take pride in your work, complete tasks exactly as described, and edit before submitting.
Organized. You have a well-oiled system for task and project management and document sorting and storage. When asked to provide an item, you know exactly where to find it.
Efficient. You streamline tasks so work is completed in a timely fashion. You do not “recreate the wheel” at the beginning of every new project.
Punctual. You respect your own time and that of your teammates by keeping deadlines. You understand this typically means completing work well before it is due in order to review, edit, and process.
Self-starter. As a professional, you are able to self manage, ask questions when needed, and complete tasks with minimal oversight from team members.
Dependable. You understand your importance to the team and are someone who lives by your word. If you say you’ll do something, we can consider it done.
Collaborative. You value teamwork and are supportive to peers by providing advice or pitching in when needed. You understand the success of one translates to the success of all.
Problem solvers. When you encounter issues, you attempt to solve them and ask for help when you need it. Using your expertise, you look for ways to improve processes without being asked.
Sound like you?
We’d love for you to join our team!
